Yeah. There’s Benedict Cumberbatch sandwiched in between all this nerd porn! I literally laughed out loud at this and was compelled to share. And I must admit that there being enough Benedict Cumberbatch news on Nerd Bastards to outrank something as highly searched as “star wars porn” is almost 100% my doing. Your welcome.
That and he’s in basically everything now. Star Trek. Sherlock. The Hobbit. Doctor Who, maybe.

Oops. Sorry, I went quite a few a days without tallying up my contributed articles. I know many of you were simply dying to know what nerdy news I’ve been reporting on.
I have to say how much I’m loving the amount of Benedict Cumberbatch news I’ve been able to report on lately. It’s nicely feeding my addiction. And how awesome is it Simon Pegg is joining Clone Wars!? He’ll be voicing the bounty hunter, Dengar in an upcoming episode. You can check out a clip in the article below. I think he’s a perfect fit.
Above is pictured the totally awesome inflatable Emperor’s Throne I can never have. It’s one of many cool Star Wars tie-ins you’ll never own ‘cause they were never made. FAIL, I say. I would have bought dozens. My entire home could have been furnished with inflatable Palpatine chairs!
This photo from the set of Star Trek 2 just makes my day. Haha, what an intense Vulcan neck pinch. Can’t wait to see how this scene plays out in the film.

[Note: This review grew into a small monster and is insanely long. I’m sure it’s enjoyable if you’ve been obsessing over Sherlock like I have for the past few weeks. Still, when will I learn to stop typing? Anyway, enjoy.]
What a way to wrap up one phenomenal season. I mean, wow guys. I tip my hat to the folks behind “The Reichenbach Fall” for making it one hell of a televised event. Were you to check the Sherlock tag on Tumblr you’d see such an incredible outpouring of emotion over this episode. And it is emotional, there’s no doubting that. Based on Arthur Conan Doyle’s story, “The Final Problem”, this episode written by Steve Thompson tackles the epic showdown between Sherlock and Moriarty and the death of the famous sleuth.
Sorry. I don’t really consider his death a spoiler. The story has only been available for like, 100 years. Spoiler warnings must lapse eventually.
Anyway, Sherlock dies. End of series, right? Nope, Steven Moffat and the BBC have a already confirmed Sherlock will get a third season. Soo - how does that work? Let’s continue.
